Welcome to examden.uk (the "Platform"), operated by PICOPICO TECH PTE. LTD., trading as ExamDen.uk ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must create an account to access the question banks and mock exams. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms.
We sell access to our exam preparation materials for a fixed access period through a one-time payment. This is not a recurring subscription and you will not be charged again automatically. Our current plans are:

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Stripe is the merchant of record for purchases on the Platform. Stripe takes your payment and is responsible for the payment transaction, including applicable tax. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund by emailing support@examden.uk.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. That includes your right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the digital content is faulty or not as described. Apart from these rights, purchases are non-refundable.
The Free Resit Extension is included with every paid plan. If you do not pass, we give you up to 3 more months of access on the Platform, free of charge, so you can prepare for your next attempt. This is an access-extension benefit. It is not a promise that you will pass, and it is not a refund.

If you qualify, we will give you one extension of up to three (3) months beyond your existing access expiry, for the unit or module you did not pass. This remedy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
All content on the Platform, including the question banks, explanations, text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Platform or its content.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
ExamDen.uk is an independent exam preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) or Walbrook Institute London, or any other examination body or regulator. CeMAP® is a registered trademark of LIBF.
We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date with the official syllabuses, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that using the Platform will result in you passing your exam.
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit or revenue. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the UK.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Changes will not affect plans you have already purchased.
